Joan Motta Joan Motta has been involved with THM since 2005. Her debut was in February 2005; not as an actress, but as a baker! She made the beautiful wedding cake for the February 2005 Dinner Theatre “rehearsal dinner” scene. [She is an outstanding baker and makes the best cakes ever!] Ever since then, she had an itch to display her acting skills. She has played several roles in THM productions. Her initial role was as a TRAIN STATION clerk and then as an R.N., which is her REAL job during the day! Joan is a registered nurse! She then went on to play Penelope in Something Wonderful and the malevolent Aunt Delilah in the Bennett’s Dinner Theatre. A very welcomed and creative addition to the THM executive team, Joan inspires and edifies the cast and crew with her unconditional love. Joan lives in Somerset with her wonderful husband, Manny, [THM’s talented set designer/builder] and together they have two grown children and four grandchildren. 9/07 |
